Photographs constitute biometric data under Article 4(14) GDPR. Processed only on the basis of explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), given before uploading.

Photos are not stored on servers. Destroyed immediately after result generation. This system is not a biometric identification system.

6. Recipients and International Transfers

Data is not sold. Shared only with:

— Formspree Inc. (USA) — email delivery.
— Anthropic PBC (USA) — photo processing for analysis. Anthropic is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Policy: anthropic.com/privacy
— Stripe Inc. (USA) — payment processing. Stripe is certified under EU-US DPF and PCI DSS.

Transfers to the USA are made on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (decision of 10 July 2023, Article 45 GDPR). For Formspree — on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs, Article 46 GDPR).

8. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision

Providing your name and email address is voluntary. Without an email address it is not possible to deliver the analysis result after payment. Without consent to process photographs it is not possible to perform the analysis. Otherwise, declining to provide data has no consequences.

9. Automated Decision-Making

This website uses an AI system for automated analysis of uploaded photographs. The system determines a biotype based on Tatiana Steinberg's proprietary biotypology methodology and generates a text result.

The analysis result is for informational purposes only. No legally significant or substantially impactful decisions are made on the basis of this analysis. Users are not required to act on the results.

In accordance with Article 22 GDPR, users have the right to request an explanation of the analysis logic, express their point of view, and contest the result by writing to tashteyn@gmail.com

By uploading a photograph of another person, the user confirms that they have the legal right to do so — either the photo is their own or they have obtained the consent of the person depicted. The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for compliance with third-party rights, including the right to one's image and GDPR requirements in respect of the data subject in the photograph. The website operator bears no liability for any infringements committed by the user in uploading third-party photographs.
